Marvel legends 12 Wolverine Bootleg?

Anyone own this fig? I bought this from someone and it feels very cheap. Extremely short, feels out of scale from ML 6", and the plastic feels cheap also.

Also, neither bottom boot has Toybiz copyright info, both are blank.

Are you sure it's bootleg? Wolverine is short anyway and mine doesn't have stamps either.

The plastic does feel cheap and I also hate clicky joints.
