I have to concur with all due respect, the head is disproportionally small.

yeah, the head looks waaaay to small for the body, but the detail is great.

It's a favre head on a favre body?
I think the camera position has a bit to do with it and I think we are used to seeing a big padded helmet over the head. Those leather helmets had little/no padding at all.
I even took the shoulder pads down siginificantly.
When you see it in person it looks correct

I think the head needs more sculpted area in the rear area of the skull and the leather helmet a bit thicker. Still a nice looking piece.
