View Full Version : Check your local Meijers (DCU Clearance HAUL)

Went on a lil roadtrip up to Michigan today.
My band had a show in Jackson MI, it was so badass!
But on the way up there I stopped at a couple stores and found some nice DCU figs on clearance for 8.24, so needless to say I bought a nice lil lot.
Found, Ares, Aquaman, Aquaman variant, Shazam, Superman variant, Mr. Miracle
Also bought LCH Conan and Wrarrl 2 pack for 3 bucks!!!!!

Man I want that Superman, Captain Marvel, and short hair Aquaman! How much are these at normally?

They were normally 10.99 but when they rang out they were 8.24 on clearance!
I was so surprised to even find variants!

Lucky haul. I was just at a local Meijer's yesterday and there DCU stuff was full-price.

The only time I've ever hauled figures is from Meijers. I buy 95% of my collection Online. But one morning I wake up to find Harley and Short Haired Aquaman waiting on my computer chair. My roommate, who works at Meijers hauled them for me. He's working today at 3 so I'll ask him to check out the selection. I wouldn't mind an Ares or Wonder Woman. We'll see.

ah, so they are all in Jackson...god, Michigan is crap for the collector...

unless you are from Ohio...

only one of the two Meijer stores we have in town carries DCU and it has literally 3 pegs full of all Green Lanterns from wave 3...that is it and i am not exaggerating

I remember when Wave 1 was out. There were literally like 5 rows of Red Tornado at the local Meijers. I wonder how low they clearance those out as....

I did go to that Meijers, all they had were seriously 3 full pegs of Green Lanterns on the pegs.
The ones I bought them at were the one kinda in Toledo/Michigan once you get off I80 and off Zeeb Rd. in Michigan.

Yeah, Meijer in Michigan sucks for DCUC. Half of them don't even carry the line.

congrats ... i live in michigan and we hardly ever get anything seriously ... makes it very hard to find anything congrats to you though on your great find.
