Considering "all Marvel heroes" includes Captain Marvel, Nova, Sentry, Silver Surfer, Black Bolt, Dr. Strange, et cetera...I'd go with the heroes.

- depends on what kind of tech he can get his hands on... he'd deffiantely have the stones to take the kill shot or use someone as a human sheild, so I doubt Frank would die first

The Punisher really doesn't fight Galactus, so I don't think that's even a question.

Captain America would kicking the crap out of Galactus' foot.

Nick Fury would be crashing a helicarrier into Galactus' face then jumping clear with a jet pack. (Although, the fate of the other 1000 S.H.I.E.L.D. agents remains open to debate because you never see them jumping free and flying away in a jet pack.)

Those helicarriers do seem to crash and burn pretty frequently. You'd think the world governments would get together and make them swear never to fly over any populated areas.
