Yup my Back to the Future Flux Capacitor Replica came in!!! I'm going to the Hollywood Collectors Show this weekend and they are having a Back to the Future Reunion and the lineup is pretty good, Fox isn't scheduled to attend, but there is talks and hints of him being there. Anyways, it's time for me to get back into the mix of things and do the damn thing........get this mofo signed!!!!

True Fact: we were THISCLOSE to getting actual 6" scale BTTF toys and figures and busts from SOTA Toys a few years ago...but,apparently,after they picked up the licence (with expressed word from Michael J. Fox that he would be willing to sign off on his likeness) ,MJF ouright refused to let them use his likeness for Marty McFly figures and merchandise,so the licence ended up dead in the water...

yeah,the guy who used to own/run SOTA Toys,back when they were good,mentioned that before he bought the licence he talked with Fox and he told Jerry he'd be willing to work on a deal...after SOTA picked up the licence,he wouldn't sign off (and 1 of the only reasons they even went after the licence in the first place was knowing ahead of time Fox would allow his likeness to be used ).....no specifics were given,but i got the distinct impression it had nothing to do with money: he just outright refused...
