Love it...after a vest change. :D
Now I just need to find a rappelling harness and new assault rifle...I'm thinking M-4.
Who still uses an Uzi still anyhow?;)

Suggestions or thoughts?
Thanks for looking! :D

Great pics, that figure is amazing. I wish I could afford one.

He still has the arms of a 10 year old girl. You should fix that.

I've thought of that, but in person the arms don't look that bad. I'm not personally a fan of the Prometheus body from SS, but I'm not willing to completely disassemble the figure just to make his arms a bit bigger - even some of the updated body swap photos on OSW don't make him that great...

Though I do like this one on a Tru-type body from Hot Toys...

I also thought about adding a wooly sweater or a BDU blouse over the top but under the vest/gear...

anything to bulk him up makes him look better. The skinny body wouldn't be as bad is the clothes didn't fit his arms like a baggy sweatshirt.

I think Hot Toys rubber bodysuit would have been a much better fit for snake eyes. Too bad they didn't have the license instead.

I don't know Snake Eyes to me was always a short skinny guy, think Rorschach in Watchmen, I always saw him as about 5'7" and 160 lbs.

I would have got him, but his arms are just too skinny. They don't look right! It messes up the whole figure.

Only getting the SS Cobra figs but the Snake Eyes gear on the TT body looks dope...

My opinion on the kit: UZI for accuracy or something smaller than an M$ for an updated load out. MP5 or P90 come to mind... something along the lines of CQB auto sub macs.

I'm thinking of giving him a short M870 shotgun or some tactical shotgun as well as a short M4 - MP5 and P90 are great, but would like to keep his vest gear accurate to what he's wearing...

His visor is way too low.

His visor is way too low.

Actually, it's too big. It should be about 85% the size it is IMHO. That would solve the visor issue.

IMHO, the best 1/6 SE figure is here - http://www.onesixthwarriors.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92450

Now THAT is a $120 SE figure!!

The Uzi is an awesome gun and it's Snake Eyes' signature weapon. Don't try and make it make sense.

It's not the arms that bother me so much as how narrow the shoulders are. Add all those pouches on top of that, and he looks decidedly pear-shaped.

Have you ever seen a grunt in full combat gear? I wore the stuff for 4 years and everyonelooks like a pear loaded down with 45+ lbs of stuff - also, take a look at the average combat trooper. Their arms ARE skinny compared to the rest of their body - especially in full gear. Not defending the Prometheus body (which I'm not really a fan of) but the look is fairly accurate if you take into account the look of a regular soldier/Marine/commando in gear.

I'll post some new photos once I get the extra gear I've bought for him - I also painted the knight visor a gunmetal gray/silver to give it a more metal look. I actually dig this version of SE, but WHY the visor isn't a metal color is beyond me..

I always have thought the way the visor meets with the spandex looks weird. I appreciate 1/6 for the realism, but they way it's configured it looks like it'd be completely pointless (yes I know about the history/design of the character). The model with the face mask and/ goggles looks much better to me.

yeah - i'm more of a fan of the googles in this case, but the knight's visor is cool in a retro way I guess...

Those look nice but can't pose for ****. And if there's one thing a SE figure needs to be able to do, it's be posed in all kinds of combat poses :)

Oh, and I like your mod. Reminds me of the Bradstreet art.

Everytime I see pics of this Snake Eyes figure, I'm less and less impressed.
