Is it any good? I want to order something off their site, but I thought I'd ask here first. In particular about overseas shipping, if anybody has experience with that.. thanks!

I've bought from them off of Amazon and it's always pretty fast. I placed a pre-order awhile ago too...but the items aren't out yet.

I bought some stuff from them through ebay, the shipping costs were really high and the shipping time was extremely slow.

But.

I recently bought two figures off their eBay auctions, knowing full well the mess I'd get into (because my previous dealings WERE bad with them, both the eBay and the site). However, they responded quickly to emails, and shipped my toys quick. I...was shocked.

So. Uhm...it's a crap shoot.

I've had headaches buying from their eBay operation. Apparently their website runs better from what I've heard others say.
Regardless, it's always pricey, always slow to ship, and always a hassle if you ever have to deal with their customer service.

I just checked ebay for other options, and I think I might kinda have to since it's a toyrocket exclusive and I don't see anyone else offering it..

Ordered from them once years ago - the figure was crammed into a usps box too small for it, to the point where the sides bulged out, and there was no packing material of any kind.

Suffice it to say, the figure was damaged and I did not order from them again.

That's true, but they rape me on overseas shipping and customs... For whatever reason, the shipping for a single bust is only a little cheaper than all 3, and combined shipping only gives you a really small discount.
