Not from NECA, at least yet. Hopefully they'll make at least a Mystic, Aughra, Jen or Kira.... The only other "figures" produced were the Sideshow 12" Jen and Kira. Everything else produced has been statues or busts...

Because one or 2 characters will usually sell better than a full line. For Labyrinth, they only made Jareth and then the Jareth/Hoggle 2 pack. I'm hoping they do something similar for TDC. Chamberlain in his robes with the sword would be nice or maybe a Trial by Stone 2-pack with Skekung...

I don't see it that way, I'm actually turned off by a single figure especially of this size. If he was of significant size for display maybe I'd buy. Alone a medium sized figure isn't enough presentation for a display. In a case like this I would like to see around four figures, at that point they become displayable and offer a decent representation/view of the movie. The two gelflings, chamberlin and his good guy counter part would be perfect.

I would love to read a study on how one figure sells better than a few when the source material is not centralized on one character like say Batman or Iron man movies are.

How articulated is he ? Neck, shoulders and wrists right ?

This is an outstanding figure. Saw a few at my LCS. Will probably pick one up today if possible. Neca did a very nice job on this one.
