Call them about Thursday to see if the show is still going on. On Friday about 1/2 of the 40 dealers they have allegedly show up, but you might find somthing you never know.

Thanks Mike...we were actually out of town this weekend and just came back through Dublin area about 9:00 p.m. Would have liked to gone up there otherwise. We met him on the street near Petco in June, but didn't have a camera with us. Very coolguy...shook hands with all of us, including my kids. Go A's.

Went to 49ers Camp for the first time since they left Rocklin... Gotta say I was impressed with Alex Smith, after practice he went through the line and signed for everyone on both sides of the gate, even took the time to change pens for me and sweet spot a game ball, looked great, Manny Lawson was the same way, signed for everyone and was a cool guy.
Anyone else hit camp with luck?

My Legends 2 will be delivered on Tuesday, appearantly since McFarlane moved the Distribution Center to Woodland, CA. they no longer are allowing pickups. So I get to pay an additional $8.00 per case because of this. So after NFL 14 ships I am planning on no longer carrying McFarlane figures unless they change this.

I was in TRU San Rafael last night with my kid and was lucky enough to see a Legends case brought out. 4 Montanas (dull helmet), 1 Lott, 1 Brown, 2 Paytons, 2 Nitschkes and 2 Greenes; no chases. I pulled out the Lott and as I debated buying it I had to run off to the Thomas Train section after my kid. When I got back 10 minutes later all the Montanas were gone. The store was almost empty but as I was leaving I saw this big guy with dark hair and a goatee at the register with a ton of Hot Wheels and other collectible stuff; I assumed he snagged them. He walked out with a full shopping cart of toys.

Is it just me, or does Dwight Clark ***** himself out at every other card show that gets put on in most of California? That dude has made a living off of one single catch. Good for him, but it gets annoying seeing him on the autograph list of shows every other week.

Honestly if you were Dwight Clark and you were asked to do signing after signing because you are living your legacy on one catch and you got $5k to come sign for a few hours you would say no? You would be there to sign as many times as you got cut a check just like he does.

Of course, which is precisely why I said "good for him" in my first post about Clark. Did you just miss that? I'd screw a bum for 5 grand. It isn't like there is shame in what he is doing.

Yeah I can't believe how expensive those things are; they are worse than SPs. My son is only 3 and he pretty much trashes every toy he can get his hands on, so I try to steer him to the Hot Wheels section. :D

Sorry, I took the only Lott they had and 2 Montana's. :) They had no chase and only 1 full case. An eneven case with 4 Montana's, 1 Lott, 1 Jim Brown and 2 each of the rest.
