Anyone get a chance check out the custom UNC LT on the bay and look at the price. I would like to have a couple of those made but not for that price. Would like to get Mays sig sunday but $30 is steap when I got it 4 or 5 times during the season for FREE. Anyone have a couple of Taylor vars for sale under $60 dlvd. ANd we need to have a NC CC night once a month within a hour and a half of the triangle to trade sp's.

Picked up an Elam at the Cary TRU last night. They have tons of Brady's 6 and 12 - all have their helmets -- Moss and Barber also available there. They also had 1 Mcgahee. New NASCAR and some LT 12" as well as 1 Bettis 12".

I've seen a great amount of interest in the poker night idea. How about I throw out some concrete dates. Let's try for Friday, November 11th at my house. I live in Charlotte, right beside the ampitheater. I have two spare bedrooms and a living room, plenty of space for people to crash if they've drank too much. I also have DirectTV, so we won't miss any college games. I think betting with figures would be cool, but if not, we could work something out where everyone brings $25/$50/$100 worth of figures, whatever, and we play until someone holds all. I'm flexible on the options, but let's set Nov. 11 as the date so we have something to work with. Any suggestions?

How many times in the earlier series were you 'stalking' the aisle at Walmart when you saw someone else you KNEW was there for the same thing? If we get to know each other, we'll have an opportunity to talk to each other and share advice. If I can gather 10 definites, I'll buy a keg and everyone can chip in. If it turns out to be less than that, it will be a BYOB thing. Also, I 'm not promising anything, but the one roommate I have is a Hooters bartender, and often times on weekends it gets a little wild:)

Who is going to the show tommorrow? I have a glove that Thomas Davis gave me during Training Camp, but I think I will wait and get it signed at camp next year, but I still plan on attending the show. Hopefully I can trade the extra NFL 11 var for the ones I still need.

I'm back from the Stephen Davis signing. It was a pretty good day. I grabbed a Joe Horn reg. and a mini helmet case. Of course I had to get my jersey signed. I didn't go to the Hoover signing. My in laws are down for the weekend. If I hadn't pre paid and had this thing planned for months I probably wouldn't have been able to go in the first place. :D So I had to skip Hoover. Ironically, I've been sitting at my house for 3 hourse waiting for my wife and her parents to return from their outing.

No, we didnt find a NH Brady :(
Some of you know my son plays ice hockey and for the past 2 seasons he has been the only goalie on those teams. This year he is spliting goal time with another kid and he skated out yesterday. He is not the swiftest, or the fastest, but put him in the slot and he can hit some pretty good wrist shots. Well, they were getting seriously waxed, 8-0 and there he waited in the slot and he finally got a pass that he could handle. Wristed it up and nailed their goalie in the mask .. puck drops and so does Bulldogg. As soon as he let it go he got nailed and went down. Next thing I know, the puck goes off of one of their players and goes in. Dogg gets to his knees and throws his arms in the air. What hit? LMAO .... We still lose 9-2, but nice day at the rink for Bulldogg.

nice to meet raltherr at the show this weekend...recognized him from the thomas davis pix...got autos from both the davis boys...both were great, and both sigs are large and readable!!!!! gettin frames monday to put up on the panthers wall...picked up a reg big ben, reg jones, and a braves glavine at the show...there were a number of sp dealers out there...almost every 1 and 2 football regs were out there...i was so close to buying a chase jones and the alex smith, but held back...spent money on 2005 boxes of football cards instead...went to the panthers game today...how sweet it was...steve smith sp now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a pretty good weekend, I left Fayetteville Sat morning to head up to Appalachian State for homecoming. Got up there in plenty of time to watch the early games, than went to our game, which we won 35-25. Than went back and watched more football. Woke up this morning and my friends have NFL Sunday Ticket, I watched the Panthers kick butt and just about every game on as well. The low point of the weekend was yesterday morning getting pulled in Winston for going 84 in a 65, which I have to go to court for.

I am in Kernersville. I travel all over NC all the time with my job. The only thing I have seen recently was a NFL Legends assortment and picked over in Asheville, NC. I have checked Winston, Thomasville, and Winston. No new figs. What's the problem? Cant NC get any figures? I know that KB Toys in the Winston Salem Mall has an employee that snatches the whole case! He gets it and puts it right on Ebay himself. I just got that info from a reliable source this past weekend.

Grabbed a 12" Tomlinson at Cary TRU today...there were two left along with about 6 12" Brady's and 4 12" Owens (Suspended fool...). Also, they had quite a few NFL11 including 1 Horn, 1 Jones, ~3 Tiki Barber, ~7 Moss, ~10 Brady's and ~3 McGahee's.

Yes sir, I had the "pleasure" of watching him run over my old high school a few years ago. Looks like he will be a very good back, Curtis Crouch, number 76 on NC States line is from E.E. Smith where I teach/coach now. Also, Appalachian State only lost 24-0 against LSU (better than I thought it would be) and the Bobcats just won in OT and GO PANTHERS!!!

i keep wondering, when will ncsu switch to a more run dominate team. they have the past two games. it sucks for jay davis. they switch to stone, and switch to running the ball, now everyone thinks stone is great cause he is 2-0

went to tru in cary, and man does that tomlinson 12 inch look nice...i was tempted to get it, but i just don't know about the pricetag...like fenway or someone else mentioned earlier, there were tons of brady and moss regs, plus a roaf that was slightly damaged...that is a nice looking fig...there was also one jones regular and a few mcgahees...series 11 is a great series...i will be disappointed if there is no brees or tomlinson chase in 12...not a big fan of 12 as it is...waiting for okafor!!!! isn't that a movie? sounds like something based on an old play...i actually had okafor in college once...a little penicilin and a trip to the infirmary cleared it right up!!!!!!

Hey guys!!! I checked out the TRU at Silas Creek Crossing near Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem. Here is the count on the 12" figures. There were 2 Tomlinson's; 9 Bettis'; 6 T.O.'s; and five Brady's. Those Bettis figures are nice although I do not collect football.

I had a blast. Fear Factory completly OWNED me...Soilwork was amazing too....i ran that mosh pit though....im paying for it now b/c my whole body feels as stiff as a box and my head is throbbing....its all worth it though

Went to TRU in W-S this morning. Scalper bout knocked me down to get the Alex Smith and T Brady var.:mad: There was also some NFL 12: Favre (plenty), McNabb (5 or 6), LT (5 or6), Harrison (1 or 2), Brees (2 or 3), Dillon (2) . Didn't see any variants unless you count to Drew Brees figure. All of them had sold blue socks.

Damn - just got back from that TRU hoping to get an extra Dillion but all they have left are 7 Favres, 3 LT's, 1 McNabb, 1 Harrison

and they had NASCAR 6 too

The scalpers hit the TRU in Winston-Salem pretty hard. It is very difficult to find anything there anymore. You have to be there when the store opens which means you cannot have a job.
