Good luck with that as I have been doing customs the last couple of years. Still learning and getting better with each one. I love doing hockey, but have been doing a lot of baseball, football, and local college basketball teams.

The TRU in Winston-Salem has an entire end cap of 3" TO's and 2 boxes of them left in the over head bins and this morning had about (no lie) 20 12" TO's :eek:

I saw a whole sidewing of the 3" TOs at the TRU by Crabtree yesterday. They also had the new NBA series, saw all but Okafor and Jamison. I also saw the new Gartlan (sp) figs at Wal-mart in Wake Forest yesterday. I think they had all of them, I gave them a look for any Panthers or linemen and there were none, so I didn't buy any. Well, back to watching BC kill Bosie State.

Went shopping for a bit today. Target has the 3" football for $1.98 and the Alou and a few other baseball players for $7.00. I might have to pick up the Alou just because the Wrigley wall looks so neat. I didn't buy any McFarlanes, I did buy a Boba Fett figure from Wal-Mart and some Hot Wheels, including the new ratrod truck, the Boneshaker, which is sweet looking.

from a unc grad that went to the state game last night...i took my dad, another unc grad, and we both wore red...heck, i even wore my state visor...don't discount the victory state fans...gw is a legit team, and you guys wore that legit team out...gw did not shoot the ball well in part b/c the pack played pretty good d...the big kid from england got benched for alot of the second half b/c simmons and brackman were kickin his butt...state has a great shot at 2 in the conference, behind duke, if they play that well...the costner kid can help when he comes back, and that would make you 8 deep...i was very impressed with the pack...congrats on a great win...take it easy on the young heels next week, a day i will definitely not be wearing my state visor

Whew, someone finally scored. The way this game is going that one touchdown might be all they need. Also, Tank Tyler played football at the same hs I did. I believe he played against Andre Brown while he was there, who played at Greenville Rose. And since another boy from Fayetteville just had a nice pull, Curtis Crouch #76 played at the hs I went to/coach at now.

Bubba Crosby will be there on January 28 and former UNC running back/current Steelers running back Willie Parker will be there on the 29th. Other autograph guests will be the Tar Heels Jackie Manuel, former Yankee Clete Boyer, and the voice of the Carolina Hurricanes Chuck Kaiton. I think that I might have to pass on this show.

The best place for me had been Media Play (so much for that) and TRU at Concord Mills. Occasionally I get lucky at the Matthews WalMart or Pineville TRU.

If not, does anyone know where a good place at the RBC Center is when they arrive for the game to get autographs. Someone once told me where the bus arrived but frankly I forgot. "All of our employees who don't relocate will be given a comprehensive severance package," Cullen said. "Most of the markets where we are closing stores have other locations nearby that are staying open."

The Durham and Cary Toys-R-Us locations will remain open, according to Cullen.
Toys-R-Us, which became a private company in July when it was sold to three buyout firms for more than $6.5 billion, said the closures are not based on any single cause but represent a general corporate shift that accompanies the acquisition.
"Part of the goal was to take a look at our entire portfolio to see what the best decisions are for the company," Cullen said.

Wayne. N.J.-based Toys-R-Us will close 75 stores nationwide and eliminate 3,000 jobs, more than 10 percent of its total workforce. The company plans to convert 12 other Toys-R-Us stores into Babies-R-Us.

ed, i know you are pumped about the bettis...great find...well fella's, it took 5 years of coaching high school girls basketball to finally know what it feels like to be helpless and getting your fanny kicked in...i lost one game this year by 16 or 18 to sanderson...but last night was something else...the final last night at garner, 60-22...it was bad...we played them the first game of the year, and beat them 60-55 or so, and that was their only loss...needless to say, they were pissed, and opened a can of whup*****...i felt so dang helpless...i tried everything, and everytime i looked up, they were scoring another layup...i will say i was missing my top two scorers because of injuries, but still, they would not have scored 38 points...my pain was eased by the victories by the heels and pack last night

Ed - This Parker Custom is looking Swwweeeeeeeeeeet. (Steelers one) I got the decals on and just doing the gloves and shoes now. Also working on 2 Chris Pauls, both Hornets - 1 teal jersey, 1 yellow jersey. Decided to scap the Wake jersey for now. Bubba Crosby is coming along, but still need another Jim Thome2 to get 2 done. Jason Bay is on deck, and I started the Peppers portion of the Peppers sacking Rivers. I had to switch his arms with Big Ole Michael Strahan's arms because they are wrapping unlike Peppers arms. An I can finally post again bump. I don't know what is wrong with my computer in Fayetteville, think I might have caught a virus on it. The spawn.com page will load up eventually than I can't get into the message boards. Some websites work slow, some normal speed. Everything else (Word, IM etc is fine) Any ideas with what is wrong?

Found a bunch of the NFL Gracelyn Figs that I know most people hate, but I at least (of course) had to get the Brady. Here was the breakdown (18 total):

1 Brett Favre
1 Brian Urlacher
1 Michael Vick

I'm thinking maybe the case has 24 ? That would account for the 2 Portis, 1 Vick, 1 Urlacher, 1 Favre and 1 Brady that were missing, assuming 24 per case and an even breakdown...

Just thought someone might be interested in the breakdown. Again, Brady is the only one I bought. They were $6.97 at WalMart.

i think the heels finally played like freshmen the last four minutes against miami...the pack has had two huge wins this week...second place in the acc is for the pack to take...i just hope the heels can be around 8-8, or 9-7 in the league...if that happens, that will be a big accomplishment...

Some good basketball games on today, which I sat and watched all of, UNC vs. Miami, NCST vs. GTECH and Duke vs. Clemson. Now, it's time to switch gears and watch football for a while, a little of the Bobcats game, more football and than wrestling. An early Lets GO PANTHERS!!!! as well.
