Yes sir, Sept 2 I believe it is. I'm going to try and use my coaches card and get in for free to more than likely see a pretty close game. I have to pull for the alma matter, App State. Granted, the team next year will look a whole lot different, they only lost 24-0 at LSU this year. So, I would say it will be a close one.

I did a DG figure run this morning with some success. For the second time in my life, I cracked open a fresh new case of McFarlane figs at the DG in Advance, NC. I picked up the variant Fuhr which was nice! The other eleven are still in the box. The box is in the floor in the back of the store on the right hand side if anyone is interested. I also picked up a Gretzky regular Kings at the DG in Clemmons! I checked out the DG on Kester Mill Road in Winston-Salem. They had the variant Gretzky in the white Oilers jersey but there was package damage. They had one Bossy regular, one Fuhr regular, two blue Oilers Gretzky's, and one Bruins Esposito.

hey whats up guys, just wanted to let everyone know i made my first cool "haul" today, its not much in the way of finding a chase or anything real pricey at retail pricing but i heard from someone that the store "tuesday morning"(i know a chick store) had some SP 2packs so i went ahead and made the trip and i think got pretty lucky, i found 5 2pack sets that were marked 9.99 (2portis/lewis,2mcnabb/strahan,and 1 manning bros) well50 isnt too bad i thought so i got'em, well got to the register and apparantly they were on sale even more, ended up only spending 30 bucks for them which to me is awesome...just wanted to share the info, cant wait to start customizing some more, later guys

I finished up my DG and Big Lots run today in Winston-Salem. I found a full case at the DG on Reynolda Road in Winston-Salem. I picked up the Gretzky Black Kings' Jersey. There was another full case at the DG on University Parkway in Winston-Salem near Big Lots. The Gretzky White Oilers' Jersey was at this location. I left it as I scored one earlier this week. Any of the boardies that are looking for this one...have at it! I also checked out both Big Lots in W-S. The one in Parkway Plaza had at least nine 12" Sammy Sosa at $9.99 each. All of them had package damage. I still have not seen a variant Beliveau nor a Rangers' Esposito.

I picked up a Mario and there were two regular Fuhr's, one regular Brodeur, one regular Sakic, one regular Gretzky, one regular Mario, one regular Lecavalier, one regular Igilna, and one regular Messier left. They are in the basket beside the pegs.

fella's, i simply had to post...even though it is just jv girls basketball, my team clinched the conference title by beating lee county...we have one to go, and we are 10-1 in the conference, and 14-5 overall. not bad for a school in only it's 4th year...i finish basketball on tuesday, and start varsity baseball a week from monday...there is something special about high school baseball in the late winter and especially early spring...man, do i love it...there is still a chill in the air...hearing the ping of that bat...cannot wait...almost as exciting as finding a variant/chase at walmart!!!!!!

Guys...evidently a new wave of Team Canada figures have hit retail. The TRU in Winston-Salem had a fresh new case today. I was there about ten minutes after the store opened but no variants to be found. There are some in the metal basket beside the pegs and a bunch in the shelf overhead but no variants. They had two regular Fuhr's and one Brodeur with package damage including a ding on the left hand corner of the bubble that you cannot make go away.

Guys, went by the Tueday Morning store at exit 23 off 77 (Huntersville). Picked up a Portis/Lewis for 9.99, they still have 3 Garnett/Wallace, 1 Shaq/Yao, and 1 12' Yao for 9.99. They also have a bunch of 6' Figures, such as LT2, Roy Williams, Ricky Williams, Kidd, Carmelo, Gretzky, Dontrelle, etc., all 6' are 4.99. They had a bunch of 3' for 2.99, I picked up a few and there still a couple left.
The Tueday morning store on WT Harris has 1 Lewis/Portis and 1 McGrady/James, along with a Kidd and Roy Williams 6'. I was hoping to find a Manning 2pack for 9.99 to open but it seems they've all been swiped already.
I think there are several more Tuesday Morning's in the area, if anyone finds a Manning 2 pack at another store PLMK, I'd really like to pick one up. Thanks

we have a couple of workdays back to back, and i was heading to lunch and caught the tail-end of the Rome interview with JJ Re****. I abolutely hate to admit this because my dad has three degrees from unc, and i have a degree from unc, and i hate dook, but that was a solid interview. He has really matured over the last four years. i have noticed this year that he just plays. he knows he is legit, and talks no smack. he just tears it up. I think morrison is legit as well, but jj really is the man in the acc this year. i am sure my carolina manhood is going to be questioned, but i am man enough to admit that re**** is as good as they come. by far, he should be national player of the year regardless of how dookie finishes. for the record, i love tyler, and he is big time first team all acc, but let jj enjoy his senior season of averaging 30 POINTS a game. Tyler is not going pro, and he will have a few more seasons to get even better. OK, that is the last i will ever say that is nice about the devils...oh yea, and happy birthday, ed!!!
