Just played through my God of War III demo!

played the demo tonight
wasn't overly blown away .... maybe because I had seen the whole demo played through already, but just as likely GOW has always been about the "story" and the demo really didn't have a narative

Could be a good thing. You'll get more of a punch when you finally get the real deal

Played the demo as well....Game play is similar to the first two. There are some new moves and the graphics are much improved...still cant wait to get this game and the first two games come out for PS3 on Nov 17th....

Slight Spoiler : Wife watched me play the demo and at one point she says "Did you just rip of that creatures horn and stab it through its head?"..I said "yeah...that was cool as hell"

yeah, that's why it's a demo.

yeah, I was playing it with 2 people in the room that weren't familiar with the franchise, and they were pretty blown away by pretty much everything

It's funny how to us stuff like that is old news, but to people who have never played GoW they are blown away like we first were. I wish the Helios part never got leaked or shown before, they would have been insane to play through without expecting that.

There will be a scene where Kratos rapes Aphrodite with a Chimera horn.

I hope. I want this final installment to be BRUTAL. It's already brutal, but I want it to be BRUTAL. Now see, you can tell the capitalized brutal is important because it's in capitals.
- Here's what I want

1) Rapes Aphrodite with Chimera horn
2) Rips a Gorgon fetus out of an impregnated Gorgon, then crushes the fetus' skull with his feet. Lots of blood must GUSH out of the head. Chunks of skull would be nice too.
3) Breaks Hermes' staff in half and shoves both pieces through Hermes' eye sockets.
4) Shreds out Hera's private parts and then produces them to Zeus in a mocking manner.

I could come up with more, but I'll spare you all the mental agony of imagining these things.
