Pffft... and people say I'm negative.

But as for an actual suggestion, what about a daily progress report of a fig, start to finish.
Todd writes his perspective of a meeting where in idea is discussed, and what all he does to approve said figure, and how he decides who gets to work on it from there.

Then that guy writes about what all goes int othe concept sketches, like a daily log of channges, etc.... ( Day 37... don't much feel like working today, so I'm faking diarhea, and catching up on some reading in the can...)

Same thing for the scultors, the supervisor at the manufactoring plant.

Sure a lot of it would be mundane, but it might be interesting to hear first hand what all goes into a fig.


Or if you wanted to start smaller, follow one of the wallpapaers from idea in someones head untill it's posted here. ( and can you explain why most of the wallpapers have a freakin' logo on it ?... if I'm using a spawn wallpaper, odds are I know it's spawn )

Could we get some wallpapers for Architects of Fear and Spawn: Simony?

I can most strongly suggest you set your domain forwards to use the www.Cultureboom.com domain, insteat of forwarding traffic to cultureboom.spawn.com or whatever.

If you are interested in ad revenue, and having a good ranking in Google, it is important to show unique content on a stand-alone domain.

As it is now, I do not believe Google will give much recognition to Cultureboom.com because of the domain forward. In a sence, links posted in news sources to "cultureboom.com" are being squandered, in terms of Google page rank, because they will be ignored due to the forward.

Also, should you start using the Cultureboom.com domain w/o the forward, it will be important to show unique content, and not appear to duplicate what is in Spawn.com (this board for example). That could result in what Google terms "supplemental results", and not rank well (or at all) in Google search results.

Just my opinion though...ask at Webmasterworld.com if you want another opinion.

Unlike those fags at the top i would like the Cultureboom and its forum to stay and like twiztedart said there should be more of Todd's Spawn sketches. Other than that i really like the Cultureboom

Why isn't Todd's Drawing Board ever updated? I really like seeing works by Todd that I haven't seen before. Surely he can give access to someone on staff to his stash of unpublished sketches and drawings.

I was wondering why there weren't any OFFICIAL biographies on the site? It'd be nice to have some closure on things that are only hinted at in books(we know Spawn is over 7' tall, but exactly how tall?)Where he was born, where he was raised...etc...

MORE ART IN TODD'S DRAWING BOARD! Geez, we only get one every 6 months! Surely there must be a ton of them lying around McFarlane's house. They should have at least put the 4 Todd sketches from the daily bulletins from back in April + May 2007 in the Todd's Drawing Board section. Please please please

How about an OT section? I know it may be a bad idea because it may invite people to come and post a bunch of crap on the forum but it would help in keeping the other section more on topic.

new poses would be great, im sick of seeing the same o lineman pose for every o lineman, i mean i could go on forever, lets be more original......and could we have the sp's the original size and not these slu's on steroids?
