I wouldn't quite say that. It's a game about mythological characters, and they've released a total of two sculpts of one character.

Not that I think there would be much support for other characters in the game, but I wouldn't say they've done a great job with the liscence.

With all the potential of god of war creatures, olimpians (or titans) neca did a horrible job, I mean TMP made halo villians right?, and they suck so bad (not the figures the desing of the creature itself) I like the spartans sure, they're cool but none of them hold a candle to Kratos, or Ares, Zeus or even Perseus.

How has N*CA done a horrible job when all they've made is Kratos figures?

I think Neca has done a pretty good job with God of War. I do wish they had made a Ares figure at least. The only thing I wish they would have done was pack both heads in with one figure instead of making two versions of each.

That's exactly why; They did only one character, and if you look at the potential that God of War has for figures they REALLY did a horrible job.

NECA is playing it safe. They arent in the business of making big expensive monsters (for the most part). You should think about trying some custom work to get what you want.

The numbers say you're wrong. You can enjoy whatever you like for personal reasons, but when you're talking about business decisions you make the strongest line, and God of War is definitely not in the same league when it comes to marketable product.

Granted, it would blow the water out of an even less marketable line like Guitar Hero, but oh well.

That said, from what I've seen it seems like the character designs would be right up McFarlane's alley. What are the chances that they could get a hold of the God of War 3 license before Neca? Who knows

Wow dude no offense but you speak like a 10 year old, and that comes from the most immature person you can find.

I didn't use -and will never use- words like "stupid" to describe Todd's decisions when making figures, sure he's had some hits and misses but that's OK we all love the guy here right? But I do think that neca mishandled the GOW license with all the potential it had but I don't think it's -"stupid"- cuz the Kratos figure looks good (speacially with the god armor).

Think of it like this: if you can do whatever you want with the Dark Knight license, and you decide to make Batman figures only, no joker, no harvey, no scarecrow just batman, do you think that's stupid or a horrible way to treat a license WITH so much potential?
